The Special theory of relativity is about the special aspect concerns the object moving with velocity of light. This theory was published by Einstein in 1905 to describe the special character of light.
It also tells how space and time are linked. It explains that the laws of physics are identical in all frames of reference for the body moving with constant velocity (non acceleration body) relative to one another.
The second important postulate is that the speed of light in free space is the same for all observers regardless of their state of motion. It also says that the velocity of light is the maximum value one can achieve but for this one has to be massless.
